Under the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 all employers must provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all their employees.

As an employer you are require to maintain a health and safe workplace with no risks to the health, safety and welfare of your employees and any visitors to the workplace.
