Hospitality : Portering

As part of their remit it is accepted that a large part of a Porter's job will include lifting and carrying luggage, although aids such as trolleys will be used.  It must therefore be ensured by the hotel that all Porters undergo Manual Handling training and complete a Manual Handling Risk Assessment.
